"Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht darüber, dass wir bei der Rückfahrt mit einem Mittelklasse Bus abgeholt worden sind. Ich habe nicht soviel Geld dafür bezahlt, mit solch einem Transfer Bus gefahren zu werden. Es war sehr unbequem. Bei der Hinfahrt wurden wir von einem schicken Vito mit komfortablen Sitzen abgeholt. Das habe ich für die Rückfahrt auch erwartet. Somit bin ich leider diesbezüglich nicht zufrieden mit Ihrer Leistung."

"Wir haben bei der Buchung eine Abholung um 17 Uhr vereinbart. Dann würden wir angeschrieben da es zu viele Verkehr und Baustellen sind das wir dann 16:30 Uhr abgeholt werden. Am abholtag hieß es dann wieder 17 Uhr ist der Wagen erst eingeplant und der Wagen kam dann auch noch zu spät so das wir nur sehr knapp unseren Flug erreichen konnten. Ich würde mir wünschen das die Informationen besser geplant werden"

The kiosk was easy to find, the staff friendly and helpful. It only took a couple of mins to arrive to our car which was clean and cool. We were given cold water and our driver was polite. "Yolculuk maalesef biraz telaşlı geçti. Yol sırasında bir kaza yaşandı ve neyse ki sadece yan ayna hasar gördü. Buna rağmen tüm yolcular, özellikle de çocuklar, çok korktu. Kazadan sonra şoförün bize sadece “İyi misiniz?” veya “Her şey yolunda mı?” diye sormasını beklerdik. Böyle bir durumda bunu sorması güzel ve düşünceli bir davranış olurdu. Ayrıca şoförün araç kullanırken telefonuyla ilgilendiğini fark ettik. Bu da bize güven vermedi. Bu nedenle yolculuktan maalesef memnun kalmadık."

"Leider 15 Minuten auf einen auf einen Mitarbeiter am Stand von ihnen gewartet. Hatten einen Mini-Van gebucht und fuhren in einem verdreckten 12-sitzer. Fahrer machte an einer Tankstelle stop um eine Zigarette zu rauchen. Leider enttäuscht!!!"
